Your company MUST be a NEW OVERSEAS BUYER for the HKTDC Hong Kong International Building and Decoration Materials & Hardware Fair in order to be eligible for the travelling incentives.
Your company MUST NOT be an EXHIBITOR of the HKTDC Hong Kong International Building and Decoration Materials & Hardware Fair or the concurrent HKTDC Hong Kong International Lighting Fair 2011 (Autumn Edition) in order to be eligible for the travelling incentives.
If you have already applied for sponsorship from the concurrent HKTDC Hong Kong International Lighting Fair 2011 (Autumn Edition), your application will not be processed.
Each company will only be eligible for ONE sponsorship offer.
You must register your interest in the above incentives by email to hkbuilding.visitor@hktdc.org on or before 1 September 2011.
Application does not automatically entail the provision of sponsorship programmes. These programmes will be awarded at the total discretion of HKTDC.
HKTDC reserves the rights to vary the terms and conditions, change or terminate the sponsorship programme without any prior notice.
In case of any dispute over the sponsorship programme, the decision of HKTDC shall be final and binding.
