Terms & Conditions

  1. Your company MUST be a New OVERSEAS TRADE BUYER for the International Conference & Exhibition of the Modernization of Chinese Medicine & Health Products in order to be eligible for the travelling incentives.
  2. Your company MUST NOT be an EXHIBITOR of the International Conference & Exhibition of the Modernization of Chinese Medicine & Health Products 2012, HKTDC Hong Kong International Tea Fair 2012 or HKTDC Food Expo 2012 in order to be eligible for the travelling incentives.
  3. Each company will only be eligible for ONE sponsorship offer.
  4. You must register your interest in the above incentives by email to icmcm.visitor@hktdc.org on or before 13 July 2012 .
  5. Application does not automatically entail the provision of sponsorship programmes. These programmes will be awarded at the total discretion of the organisers.
  6. Organisers reserve the rights to vary the terms and conditions, change or terminate the sponsorship programme without any prior notice.
  7. In case of any dispute over the sponsorship programme, the decision of organisers willl be final and binding.
