Commitment of No Overtime and No Absenteeism

A garment factory in Zhejiang initiated a collective consultation with regard to the issue of excessive overtime and frequent absenteeism, and reached an agreement. The employer promised to enhance management and arrange no overtime under normal condition; and the employees promised to work hard and not be absent from work without special reasons, so as to lead the enterprise to a development path of high efficiency.
