Emergency Response Plan Measures Issued

The Measures for Administration of Work Safety Emergency Response Plans, issued by the State Administration of Work Safety, will come into effect as of May 1, 2009. It is prescribed that production entities should establish corresponding emergency response plans based on the sources of danger, analysis of dangers and characteristics of the possible accidents. The plans include comprehensive emergency response plans, special emergency response plans and on-site treatment plans, which should be revised at least once every three years.
