China Labor and Security News – Article from Shouguang Bureau of Labor and Social Security, Shangdong Province said that according to the Labor Contract Law, employing units should provide a statement of proof concerning rescission or termination of labor contracts at the time when contracts are dissolved or terminated. Employing units without the proof shall compensate relevant the damage caused.
