www.xawb.com - In the current financial crisis, synchronized renovation was created by some enterprises to violate workers' rights and interests. Employers may play word tricks in labor contracts and threat employee to sign some articles that obviously unreasonable or even violating the law. For example, in labor contracts, some enterprises regulated overtime work just containing time-rate wages and piece-rate wages and considering overtime wage, enterprises said it has already calculated in overtime work. Moreover, the number of daily-pay days was also changed from national regulated 21.75 days to 30 days.
