Layoffs without Proof, Enterprise Takes Double Compensation

Employer dissolved labor contract on grounds of serious regulation violation, but there had no sufficient evidence to prove this claim. Ultimately the enterprise was charged as illegal to terminate the contract by arbitration and paid compensation of double financial standard to the employee.
