Unified to Crack Down on Employment Law Violation

www.xinhuanet.com - Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Labor Insurance and Shenzhen Branch of People's Bank jointly established a linkage mechanism to implement the credit limitation for enterprises that involved in employment law violation. If illegal behaviors like the use of child labor, wages escape and hide, social security fund fraud, refusing to assist in handling major labor disputes and other violations are existed, the bank will limit the illegal enterprises' credit after get timely information from Bureau of Labor Insurance. So far, 48 illegal units information has transferred to the People's Bank.
