Zhou recruited to a refrigerator warehouse to look at the machine in Cangshan from January last year and signed a five-year labor contract with the company. In the contract, his monthly wage is RMB 930 and was paid annually on December 30 each year. In May, Zhou requested to pay his wages monthly and refused for this was agreed in the contract. After the arbitration, the company had to pay zhou's 4 months' wages in one time and paid his wages monthly in the future.
