Meeting Minutes is not the Labor Contract

Chen was unanimously appointed as the general manager in a film and television company on the board meeting and signed on the meeting minute with a five years’ patriarchate. Chen tendered his resignation in May 2009 and requested for double wages duo to the company did not sign labor contract with him. The company said that Chen has signed the meeting minute as a labor contract and they had sent a letter of appointment to Chen. The expert expressed that the meeting minute was not labor contract, and the company should pay double wages to Chen for not signing the labor contract.
