Hubei Human Resources and Social Security Office issued Approval Measures on Enterprises with Special and Comprehensive Working Hour System. The Measures stipulate that no matter enterprises any working hours calculation, they need to consulate with the trade union and employees themselves and announced the document approved by the Government to all the staff and the announcement should not less than five working days.

Over 90% of small and medium-sized enterprises in Fengxian District, Shanghai established labor dispute mediation organization to bear the prevention of labor dispute, information reporting, mediation and legal advocacy and lots of other works. Internal mediation organizations not only can play a role in mediation of labor disputes directly, but also provide a platform for carrying out collective consultation.

Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Co., Ltd. took developing high-quality staff group as the soul project of enterprise's innovation development. The company attached particular importance to establish technology staff group and formed a technical group of professionals. Technical staff in the company has reached to 800 so far.
