Recently, during China Center experts exchange communication with a number of human resources director, they all expressed that there have new concept on the personnel as from focusing the education diplomas in the past to working experiences now, they also said that it was not mean they did not pay attention on the education diplomas. But if employees were lack of working experiences, they would have little chance to establish the outstanding achievement. Employee’s performance is most valuable, when an employer hired, kept or used an employee, they always chose by the performance and working experiences.
Nanjing asked all employment units to legal perform the paid annual leave, no unit shall not be implemented with any reason not. The poor implement units may be criticized and corrected within a limit time, the trade union will talk with the directors representing of workers and requests them to make rectification.
