The Democratic Rights of Workers cannot be Ignored

In recent years, business disputes kept rising rapidly. Some of them also triggered mass events and tragedies, this is because it directly related with employees' right to know, participation, and supervision and such rights that are ignored by the employers.

Some enterprise managers advocate capital omnipotent, make the employee democratic and the enterprises operation against with each other. They think they are the host because they are the investors, they never hold the employee congress or just for the motions. All the regulations involving with the employees' rights and interests they establish never have consultation with the trade unions or employees, so the implementation is full of loopholes.

Some enterprises deprive employees' right to speak on the problems involving in the interests of employees, make large gap on the wages with imperfect growth mechanism causing psychological imbalance to employees. Some enterprises even do not pay wages deliberately and overtime wages, and violate the legitimate rights and interests, so that the accumulation of discontent of workers cause accidents as the mass incident.
