How do successful companies manage human resource?

Enterprise human resource management is actually how to manage the employees. Successful enterprises usually mainly controls the following points:

First, they must know which kind of personnel they want to use. Generally speaking, people are dedicated, self-motivated, full of courage to face challenges, unity and cooperation, full of knowledge and skilled, innovative, flexible, and indebted will be easily accepted and popular.

Second, they must manage the bottom line on employment. Enterprises’ policies and institutions must comply with the provisions of the Labor Law and can not be illegal.

Third, put each individual on the appropriate position. This means making efficiency use of the strongpoint and avoiding the demerit. Giving full play to the strengths of each individual in order to receive the best employment results.

Fourth, be good at cultivating and keeping talents. Employers should pay attention on cultivating and improving personnel for the better usage. They also need to keep the talents or there will be no personnel for usage and they may lose the talents. Employment is illusory if talents just leave and never come back.

Fifth, they should continue to motivate people. Motivation in employees can make constant progress. Enterprises should sufficient arouse employees’ enthusiasm on the system, cultural, the wages and benefits.
