It is common to see labor disputes as lifting labor relations, which is half of all the labor disputes, and it is common to see enterprises lose in the cases for three reasons: first, arbitrary dissolve of the labor contract with no reason; second, lifting labor contract with restrictions; third, non-compliance with statutory procedures.  

An employee of an equipment factory Ma Zhongneng brought a dagger to negotiate with the employer for he was deducted RMB 400 due to absenteeism. When Ma saw the employer, he stabbed the boss for four or five times, and the boss dead in the factory at last. The Procurator ate had indicted Ma so far.  

Director of Wage Department in the Human Resources and Social Security Mr. Su Hainan expressed that there had no uniform standard on how to determine the overtime wages in the State and locals so far, and some enterprises cut down the overtime wages in disguised form though the confusion of overtime wages calculation base, or even made the overtime wages equivalent to the minimum wage, and all of these actions were illegal and incorrect.
