In order to help enterprises fully understanding the labor laws, standardizing labor management practices, avoid bearing illegal responsibility, the Provincial Office of Human Resources and Social Security issued Enterprises Employment Guidance Brochure recently. The brochure summed up the employment rights, risks, and operational procedures on how to establish management system, the guidance details and things like this. So far, the manual has been distributed to thousands of enterprises for free.
Starting from October, the work-related injury rehabilitation system will be carried out in Beijing. Employees who suffer from work-related injury with rehabilitation opportunity should accept rehabilitative treatment first, then receive identification for compensation. If the employee has not participated in work-related injury insurance, the costs incurred will be born by the employer.
