Good Practice on Employment

Starting from October, the work-related injury rehabilitation system will be carried out in Beijing. Employees who suffer from work-related injury with rehabilitation opportunity should accept rehabilitative treatment first, then receive identification for compensation. If the employee has not participated in work-related injury insurance, the costs incurred will be born by the employer.

According to the Beijing Municipal Department of Human Resources and Social Security, enterprises in Beijing with more than 100 employees will establish mediation committees, striving to achieve full coverage within 3 years, which is to meet the needs of increasing labor dispute cases. Meanwhile, enterprises are encouraged to build up communication and dialogue mechanism to resolve labor disputes.
