Tapping the Mainland’s e-Commerce Potential

WHAT: This China business workshop will discuss how foreign companies can set up their online business to sell in the mainland.

WHO: Kristina Koehler-Coluccia, Director, Koehler Group, will offer insights on some of the legal options for structuring your e-commerce business, as well as such issues as logistics, online payments and hiring IT experts.

Having worked in the Chinese legal and accounting sectors since 2003, Ms Koehler-Coluccia advises and represents Western clients in regard to their mainland business interests.

WHY: The recent move by the mainland government allowing 100 per cent foreign ownership in e-commerce companies nationwide has boosted the country’s e-commerce sector and created business opportunities for overseas companies.
