Primary Reasons for Failure of Sunglasses

1.   Failure of product label. Six batches of sunglasses were failed because of issues relating to the product label 1, and two batches of products were failed for product label 2. The content of label 1 includes the application scope of sunglasses, and the classification according to mandatory requirement in section 4 of QB 2457-1999 and section 5.3 of GB 10810.3-2006. The content of label 2 includes the name of the manufacturer, the address and product standard. The main reason for the failure is that the enterprise lacks the knowledge of Product Quality Law, the national or industry product standard and the requirements of product label and marking.

2.   Failure of luminous transmittance in visible spectrum. The main reason is that the manufacturer has not strictly controlled the procurement of lenses or lacks the testing capability for the requirement.
