- Letter from TDC (for participants of TDC projects)
- Letter from company certifying the visit with bank endorsement
- Letter from employer (for those on vacation)
- Proof of financial means (e.g. company financial statement, bank account)
- Onward travel visa if necessary
- Roundtrip ticket
- All applicants need to submit proof of travel insurance valid for the Schengen Area.
- Invitation from the company in the Netherlands (for business visit)
- Guarantee letter from the relative in the Netherlands endorsed by the local Municipality (for family visit)
