For HKSAR Passport Holders, no entry visa is required. Please refer to the

As effective from March 2001, Hong Kong residents who possess the entry visa for Schengen States also has the right to enter Iceland. No entry visa is required for BNO passport holders if they wish to visit Schengen States.
