Latest EU Study finds majority of cross-border online retail purchases face obstacles
Hong Kong sellers trading their consumer goods in the EU may be concerned about the findings of a European Commission Communication, which reports that EU consumers who wish to purchase goods such as CDs, cameras, computers, washing machines, clothing and books from online retailers based in another EU Member State face serious difficulties.

Commission investigation finds online electronics retailers mislead consumers
