Companies in Gloucestershire and surrounding areas interested in starting or expanding their business in Asia should be sure to attend a free seminar on 8 June at Hartpury College, Gloucester.
Entitled “China & Hong Kong, Post Brexit”, the half day event aims to show how UK businesses can take advantage of emerging opportunities to enter the markets of China and Hong Kong. It will include case studies and practical information and tips based on the first hand experiences of the panel speakers.
Topics to be covered will include finance, intellectual property protection, company law, marketing, market intelligence, localisation and logistics in China, as well as Chinese culture.
Speakers will include representatives from the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the UK, the Hong Kong and UK governments, and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council.
The seminar and networking event will be held 9am to 2pm on Thursday 8 June at Hartpury College.
