Mainland jewellery consumers have increasingly opted for experiential consumption while reducing the use of traditional media, according to the latest survey reported released by HKTDC Research. Economist Wenda Ma recommended the industry players pay more attention to customer's shopping experience and step up efforts in marketing and creativity to carry out targeted marketing and an information push.
