House & Gift Fair South America is the largest and most important trade fair for household items in Latin America and the fifth largest in the world for this sector. The fair brings together buyers from all state capitals and major cities in Brazil, and from more than 36 countries. There are more than 1300 exhibitors, including manufacturers, importers and distributors who will present the latest fashion, news and trends of the industry.

50th Equipotel, Sao Paulo (10 – 13 September 2012)
With 50 years of experience, the Equipotel Group is responsible for staging Equipotel, the largest and best hospitality and food trade show in Latin America. Ranked among the top five in the world, it is a networking hub, essential to the success of businesses dealing in the hospitality, cuisine, food and tourism sectors. Product releases, new trends, services, and technologic innovation.

• Places are honored on a FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVED basis. HKTDC will notify the successful applicants at least 8 weeks prior to the fair dates for logistics arrangements;
• Applicants must be Hong Kong companies registered in Hong Kong;
• All applications will be subjected to review by HKTDC, which exercises the final decision of participation by applicants.
• Shipping documents and related product certificates are the sole responsibility of the participating company. HKTDC will not be responsible for losses arising from shipment issue due to missing supporting information or entry denial by the local customs.
• The HKTDC reserves the full discretion to accept participation based on availability of venue and suitability of participants’ products.
• Past experience told us interested buyers prefer to contact exhibitors direct, and therefore it is suggested for you to staple business card and price list with MOQ details onto each of your product catalogue for easy reference.
