To mark the inauguration of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) Hong Kong Arbitration Centre and to promote greater use of arbitration services among the business community, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and Department of Justice of the HKSAR together with the CIETAC and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council will co-organise a conference on arbitration on 24 September 2012.
The speakers at the conference will include judges from Hong Kong and the Mainland, as well as representatives of CIETAC. This will be a good opportunity to better understand arbitration as a means in resolving disputes and issues concerning cross border disputes. |
