阿根廷公布繁殖用途禽鳥新進口規定(英文版)

Argentina's National Health and Food Quality Service (SENASA) issued a resolution in October (Resolution 758/2011) implementing new sanitary requirements for imports of live chickens, ducks, turkeys, geese, pheasants, partridges and Guinea fowl up to 72 hours old for use in reproductive activities. Importers must submit an application to import subject poultry in accordance with certain requirements and the application must be approved by Argentinean authorities before the poultry is exported from the country of origin; otherwise, entry into Argentina will be denied. The export country must be a member of the World Organisation for Animal Health and have been declared free of both avian influenza and Newcastle disease. Imports of subject merchandise must be accompanied by an original copy of an international veterinary certificate, which will be valid for 10 days from its date of issuance. Imports must also comply with a range of additional transport, sanitary, sampling/testing and quarantine requirements.

Any requests for an exemption from these requirements must be submitted to SENASA by the health authority of the exporting country, and such exemptions will only be granted if it is determined that the importation will not have an adverse impact on health safety.
