CPSIA Updates 28: CPSC Publishes Final Rule on Materials not Exceeding Lead Limits
On August 26, 2009, the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) issued a final rule on materials that do not exceed the lead content limits under section 101 (a) of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA)¹.
