Biggest containership Hunan ever built completes maiden voyage

The largest containership built in Hunan, the 271-TEU Xiangyuan No 16 vessel, recently carried 198 TEU of fireworks to Shanghai, Xinhua reports.
Made by the Yiyang Zhonghai Shipyard, the ship, designed to transport dangerous cargo, cost CNY15.8 million (US$2.5 million). It is 91.8 metres long, 16.2 metres wide, 12.5 metres high and has a draught of 4.2 metres.
