Changsha Jinxia Economic Development Zone attracts five investment projects

On a recent investment promotion conference held for Changsha city's Jinxia Economic Development Zone, five logistics project agreements were signed with a total contract value of CNY2.15 billion, Xinhua reports.

Jinxia Economic Development Zone covers an area of 52.3 square kilometres, has convenient access to waterway, ground and air transport. The facility has attracted more than half of the top 10 logistics enterprises in Hunan province to set up branches there.

There are 32 logistics companies who have opened offices in the development zone, bringing a throughput of 5.1 million tonnes to the facility, generating a core business revenue of CNY4 billion (US$628.9 billion). Jinxia Economic Development Zone has become the largest of such kind of facilities in China.
