Three years after American entrepreneur Steve Katsaros came up with an innovative solar-powered, rechargeable light called Nokero - Hong Kong's business advantages are helping him further refind his Nokero bulbs. Replacing polluting and dangerous kerosene lamps - the product can shine as long as six hours on a single day's charge, brightening lives for an estimated 20 per cent of the world living off the power grid.
