Tasting Workshop - "Dry Rose - the Wine and Food Gymnast": A wine matching with Asian Food
This tasting seminar will explore the versatility of Dry Rose with Asian food. It will show that from seafood to beef, spice to sweet, Rose manages to slip between both Red and White Wine as a perfect alternative. An added bonus will be that the wines will be drawn from some of the most expensive Roses in the world. The tasting will also show how single varietal Rose can offer a taste of the primary fruit flavours without the complexity of tannin.
