Tasting Workshop - "World Major Grape Varieties"
Each grape variety has its own unique combination of characteristics including color, size, skin thickness, acidity, yield per vine and flavors. Grapes, to a great extent, will affect the overall quality of the wine. 7 single varietal wines of the most popular grape varieties in the world will be tasted in this seminar. We will discuss and demonstrate the characteristics of wine from different grape varieties. Marketing and the evolution of consumer preferences will also be addressed.
