Executive Trainee Opportunities

 

To meet HKTDC's global marketing strategies and future challenges, we aim to develop a team of energetic marketing professionals who share the Council's values and are committed to building a better future for HK's business success.

Introduced in 1997, this 3-year Executive Trainee (ET) Scheme is part of our Talent Management Programme which aims at grooming high calibre individuals. By rotating to different job functions, trainees will sharpen their business sense and develop self-confidence in a steep learning curve.

Over a hundred young talents have graduated from the programme.

Features
  On the Job Training
Hands-on experience in organising HKTDC's mega fairs and business events

  Job Rotation
Regular rotation to different mainstream departments, such as Exhibitions, Product Promotion, Service Promotion, International & Mainland Relations and Publications & E-Commerce

  Overseas Assignment
Opportunities to work overseas on specific project assignments

  Assigned Foreign Language Training
A foreign language will be assigned such as German, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Italian, French, etc.

  Competency-based Training
A wide spectrum of management and competency training ranging from communication, creative thinking to teamwork and project management

  Mentorship
A mentor who is a senior member of HKTDC to provide ample guidance and support
