Federation of Hong Kong Business Associations Worldwide
The HKTDC also supports Hong Kong business associations around the world with more than 10,000 members, who are mostly small and medium enterprises with special partnership ties to Hong Kong.
The Federation of Hong Kong Business Associations Worldwide, is the umbrella body for this unique network of 32 Hong Kong business associations in 24 countries and regions.
Bilateral Committees
The HKTDC's international reach is reflected in the seven bilateral committees it serves. These high-level business forums promote economic ties between Hong Kong and Japan, the United States, Korea, the European Union, the United Kingdom, France and Taiwan. The HKTDC also serves as Secretariat for the Federation of Hong Kong Business Associations Worldwide.
These bilateral committees foster mutual understanding between the business communities of the two economies concerned, promote and expand trade and economic co-operation, exchange information and make representations to the appropriate governments as and when required.
