Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions set out below without prior notice.

HKTDC will be pleased to know your website address if you wish to have it linked to hktdc.com’s main page. Only the name, Hong Kong Trade Development Council and website address, http://www.hktdc.com, shall be displayed.

If you wish to link to a specific page of hktdc.com other than the main page, you must first obtain the prior written approval of HKTDC which may be given subject to conditions. HKTDC will assess each request on a case-by-case basis and will reserve the right to grant permission in its sole discretion.

HKTDC will not permit a website to hyperlink to hktdc.com if the website contains any materials which is libellous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or is in any way in breach of the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or infringes any intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyright) and moral rights. HKTDC may, in its sole discretion, require any websites to remove any hyperlink to HKTDC at any time.

HKTDC has no obligation to establish a reciprocal link back to your website following the establishment of a hyperlink from your website to hktdc.com unless HKTDC consents to do so.

hktdc.com has a Web Directory containing hyperlinks to third party websites or web pages. If you wish to include your website in our Web Directory, you must first submit a request to HKTDC. Our Web Directory team will assess each request on a case-by-case basis and will reserve the right for inclusion in its sole discretion.

This Hyperlink Policy has been translated into Chinese. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
