Viveca Chan is Founder of WE Marketing Group, the first Chinese global marketing communications group. These include Estee Lauder, Clinique, Mercedes Benz, Sharp, Schwarzkopf, Mentholatum, China Telecom China Car Rental and Roewe (China’s first premium auto brand from SAIC Motor). WE’s social media/digital clients include Cisco, HK Tourism Board, HNA Group, Kjeldsens Butter Cookies amongst others. WE won over 300 creative, digital and marketing awards over the past years.

Viveca is Board Member of Hong Kong Design Center, Executive Council member of HK Management Association and HK Chamber of Commerce (Shanghai Chapter), Judging Chairman of numerous marketing and digital awards including ECI Awards, Tiger Roar Awards, Golden Mouse Awards, EFFIE Awards etc. She co-authored a Chinese book with best-selling author and trends guru Rohit Bhargava in 2017.

Sehgeun Choi is a creative director at INNORED, a leading Digital Creative Agency in Korea. With more than 10 years of experience working at product design agencies in the UK, he currently leads the Creative Product Team at INNORED. It is a multidisciplinary team comprising product designers, a visual artist, engineers and advertising planners. The main role of the Creative Product Team is to integrate design thinking with advertising and marketing to facilitate a powerful and exciting brand experience for the consumers. Since he joined INNORED in early 2014, he has been running a number of successful projects with Kimberly Clark, Mars, The North Face, SKT and major FMCG companies in Korea. Before joining INNORED, he worked as a project manager and senior product designer at Kinneir Dufort, a design innovation consultancy in the UK, and as an associate lecturer at Central Saint Martins, University of Arts London.

Tony has more than 20 years of experience in the media, marketing, broadcast and communications industry, including 10 years in the digital media. He is an award winning Executive Producer & Producer & Director. Over the course of his career, he has produced many award winning TV commercials, online videos and Television programs for major clients like McDonalds, Sony, Canon, P&G, Calvin Klein, Levi, StarHub to name a few, as well as for broadcast networks like Discovery Channel, National geographic, BBC, History, AETN, Fox International, CCTV China, Scripps and Food Networks USA/UK.

He was also the elected President of the Singapore Independent TV Production companies' Association for a consecutive 7 years term, from 2001 to 2007. Following that, Tony went on to helm international content distribution and production- company, Off The Fence’s Asia’s office in Singapore as its Managing Director, overseeing the production and distribution of TV content in Asia.

Tony is currently the Director of Creative and Content Marketing for Asia Pacific of Marriott International. He is also a highly sought after speaker, strategic consultant & trainer at various international media events and a regular jury member of several international TV and Film awards which include the prestigious International TV Emmy.

After a start as a graduate student in analytic philosophy, Josh joined the world of advertising in the early days of online marketing. Since that time, he has continued on to work in numerous other parts of the industry, including direct response, ambient, social media, activation and brand advertising.

Josh joined McCann in 2017 and currently works on the Lockheed Martin and Qualcomm accounts.

A winner of numerous industry awards and one of the creators of the highly recognized Field Trip to Mars, Josh has worked with clients across many industries and audiences. When it comes to advertising, Josh believes strongly that creativity is the single best way to solve business problems effectively.

Mr Peter Lefebvre is the creative director at Leo Burnett and has previously worked at agencies in New York and Chicago, including BBH and Ogilvy & Mather.

Trained as a writer, Peter has always strived to do more than put words in brands’ mouths. Instead, he has tried bringing brands to life through new combinations of traditional and digital media. One recent example: Van Gogh BnB for the Art Institute of Chicago. He has also crafted global and national campaigns for Axe, Brooks Running, NYC & Co., Altoids, Pop Tarts, and Allstate.

He won gold, silver and bronze awards from Cannes, D&AD, and One Show, among others, spanning categories including Cyber, Branded Entertainment, Print, Social, TV and Creative Effectiveness.

In 2016 he was named one of the top 10 creative directors in the world.

As for the future, Peter is looking forward to many things, including continued advances in the field of office coffee.

Tommy is the brand designer/consultant for the generation renowned for his “Black Humor” and “Audacious Visual” designs. His design philosophy is to create influential design in the market and show the value of designer.

Graduated from the School of Design in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Tommy has received over 580 awards. “New Weekly” collaborated with “Design 360” and “life style academy” selected Tommy as one of the top 20 China’s most powerful designer appealing to market (graphic design).

Over the years, he was the member of judge panels of most international competitions, such as iF Design Award, D&AD Award, Global Design Award, Hong Kong International Poster Triennial, Golden Pin Design Award and etc.

Prior to MUJI, Kei firstly worked at overseas trading division of SEIBU Department Stores Ltd. in 1987. In 1995 Kei joined overseas business development of Ryohin Keikaku Co., Ltd. From 1998 to 2007, Kei lived in London and was the head of European business MUJI. After he came back to Japan from UK in 2007, Kei was head of Human Resource, Finance and Strategy Planning. From 2011, Kei was head of Household division the biggest product category of MUJI up to January 2017.

Kei holds an MBA from Northwestern Kellogg School in Evanston, Illinoi, USA.
