Our Firm was founded in August, 1985 in Hong Kong. For the past twenty odd years, we have established a solid and versatile practice including Notaries and Attesting services, Commercial and Companies Law, Land Law, Clivl Litigation, Family Law and the PRC Law. We have strong ties in the Mainland China. In or about 1994, our firm had represented the Zhuhai Government, to deal with all legal matters relating to the financing and construction of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge (formerly known as Ling Ding Ocean Bridge). 

In 2005, we have established our REPESENTATIVE OFFICE in Guangzhou and is officially approved by the Department of Justice. 

Our founder, Mr Augustine Tong PhD, L.L.M .(London) was admitted as a Solicitor in Hong Kong, England, Singapore and Australia. He is also appointed as the Notary Public and the China Appointed Attesting Officer (中國委任公證人) since 1995. In the past years, he was appointed as the Standing Committee member of the People's Political Consultative Conference of Xiangzhou, Zhuhai PRC (珠海市香洲區政協常委).
