"Diamondback" is one of the most well known brands in the international bicycle industry. This brand was originated in the west coast in the US and has a heritage history for over 30 years. "Diamondback" is the title sponsor for and has also won virtually all the international competitive races including the World Champion, World Cup, Olympics, Asian Games and China National Race.
Our group of companies has been in the cycling business for over 30 years. Our former bicycle factory China Bicycle Co. (CBC) is the first batch of public listed companies being listed at the Shenzhen Stock Exchange since 1993. We were also the largest exporter for bicycles for the dealer market in the US and Europe between the years of 1988 and 1996 and the annual export sales was over 1.5 million units. We were widely recognized as one of the most quality oriented bicycle factories at that time. With the substantial anti-dumping duty applied to bicycles of China origin imported to EU countries, Canada, Mexico, Argentina and other countries since 1993 our business on bicycle products were seriously affected. With this unfavorable change in the macroenvironment we have been reducing our scale of business on bicycles.
Our business from bicycles to electric mobility products in 2002 and then set up a new factory in Taicang, Jiangsu Province, which is about 80 minutes drive from the Shanghai Pudong Airport, exclusively for the manufacturing of electric bicycles and electric scooters. Our new factory is one of the largest of its kind and is equipped with the most technologically sophisticated production and testing facilities. 
We have supplied over 600,000 units of electric scooters and electric bicycles to the US and the EU markets in the past two years. As regards to the electric bicycle market in China our company is one of the top ten suppliers; our annual sales in this model year will exceed 100,000 units.
