Hing Yip was established in 1974. It is one of Registered Electrical Contractor registered under the Ordinance and one of the Registered Sub-contractor in PCICB. Also it is accredited to the strandard of ISO6001:2000 by a certified body. During thee past 32 years, it has well developed in the engineering section and supplier section.

In the engineering section, Hing Yip has completed various building services installations for many public sector projects. The clients include the Housing Authority, the Architectural Services Department, CLP and KCRC. The installations involved include electrical, fire services, power generation and ventilation.

In the supplier section, Hing Yip has been a supplier of many major electrical materials including cable, switchgear, conduit, lighting fitting, contractor, MCB, wiring accessories, etc.
