The company has been included in the Housing Department's list of maintenance contractors (M2 Group) since 1994 and is currently eligible to tender for the Hong Kong Housing Authority's Maintenance Contracts of unlimited value. At present the company is actively involved in the Authority's maintenance works as both the main and sub-contractors with business turnover of approximately $300 million per year. The company has obtained the ISO 9000 Certification (ISO 9002) awarded by the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency in 1994. In 1996, the Hong Kong Housing Authority has presented the Achievement Award (Maintenance Works)" to the company for the Housing Authority Site Safety Champaign 1995.  The company has also been awarded the Outstanding Contractor for "District Maintenance Contract - Gold Award" for three consecutive years from 2010-2012 as well as the "Outstanding Contractor the Lift Addition Work" for 2011 and 2013.
