New Universe International Group Limited (formerly known as SmarTech) was established in 1987 engaging in production of mold tooling and plastic injection molding. Being farsighted, SmarTech recognized that quality sophisticated toolings and moldings with tailored design would be the inexorable trend.
In addition, we were the only tooling and molding manufacturer accredited as a High-Tech Enterprise by the Guangdong Province Science and Technology Committee in December 1998.
SmarTech has established a production base in Dongguan, Guangdong, the PRC ("Dongguan SmarTech") since 1996 and acquired a new plant in Suzhou ("Suzhou New Universe", in 2004 to cope with further expansion of the business. A total gross floor area of about 33,000 sq.m of Dongguan Smatech and about 34,000 sq.m of Suzhou New Universe are equipped with computerized machineries and equipments, sophisticated teams for design and manufacturing of high-quality molds and plastic products, and a servicing platform in HK.
