The founder, Mr Vincent Ip, who once worked for the Hong Kong Government Architect Service Department for over a decade, possesses the qualifications of DipArch ARIBA HKIA, Chartered Architect ARCUK and Authorized Person-Architect. His expert knowledge and technical know-how has enabled him to lead a group of qualified and experienced quantity surveyors and engineers in the field of civil, building and E & M to serve clients to entire satisfactory.
In recent years, the company has also been able to cope with the needs of the expanding China market that requires distinctive skills and experience. The company provides not only design and consultancy services on projects such as hotels, hospitals, commercial and residential blocks, shopping arcades, estates and so forth, but also experienced experts for site supervision to ensure the works are undertaken in accordance with every requirement.
