The company has in several occasions advising its clients in the following areas:

‧ acquiring plant and machinery in PRC, drafting and reviewing procedural manuals to fulfil PRC requirements;

‧ performing business valuation on factories and businesses in Beijing and Fujian on client's behalf for U.S. Nasdaq listing purposes;

‧ drafting and implementing comprehensive tax planning for groups of companies with active operations in HK and the PRC;

‧ providing total-solution basis advisory service to a US ticketing agency on reporting and internal control systems.

Currently the company has 23 staff in which 11 are qualified accountants and 9 are professional staff.
