Herald is a diversified industrial group with activities in 3 key areas: 
Toys-injection moulded plastic figures and radio-controlled vehicles, timepieces-watches, clocks and clock radios, contract manufacturing of IoT device and high precision tape drive components. 
The Herald Group was established in Hong Kong in 1955 and was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1988. While administration, marketing, finance, and product development are managed in Hong Kong, all manufacturing activities are based in China. 
In addition to manufacturing, Herald's wholly owned London-based subsidiary, Zeon Ltd., is involved in the distribution of timepieces in Europe. It owns the “Ingersoll” trademark for timepieces and licenses the “Braun” and “Vivienne Westwood” trademarks.
