Its products can be sorted into 5 categories:
- Vexcolt movement joint is designed to accommodate structural movement joint up to 400mm capacity, high loading capacity up to 600kN, water & fire proofing available and aesthetics. The joints have been showed well performance at Chek Lap Kok International Airport, HK.
- Tefcote hygienic coating system is a water-borne, low odour, non-tainting, biocidally active glass fibre reinforced teflon surface coating for walls and ceilings, ideal for hospital, school, kitchen, etc. Tefcote can be presented in HK University Animal Laboratory in year 1999.
- Kirkstone natural stones have a wide range of stones including slate, limestone, travertine, granites with unique pattern and various colour, high profile job is the British Consulate of Hong Kong.
- Cordek correx protection board/sheet is as environmentally friendly, to replace plywood as a temporary protection finishings for new or refurbishment works. The current job is Discovery Bay.
- Duo waterproofing system is modified bitumen waterproofing membrance which can be applied by adhesive, hot torch, hot weld or mechanical. They are suit for exposed locations, new and renovation jobs, roofs, planters, limited hot torching areas, highly moisture surfaces, tunnel and bridges.
