YOUNGTEX established its weaving and dyeing of 'Denim' business since 1986 as when this industry sector was decling in HongKong. Over the past 12 years, Youngtex experienced a lot of changes relating to the structural shift of the HongKong economy and transitional periods. Disregard the changes in the direction of Hong Kong economy, the hurdles and tough conditions encountered by other industrial sectors, the limitation & lacking of supports to our industry, Youngtex maintained our loyalty to Hong Kong and continued to maintain our production base here in HONG KONG. The fate of Hong Kong's weaving industry is lacking of support and remote (the vicissitudes of the Hong Kong economic development only has minimal effect to this industry, nor the standard/quality of our production is responsible for the difficulties the industry faces). Despite the difficulties we encounter, Youngtex has contributed significant efforts in the promotion of the Hong Kong weaving industry to the international market since 1996. Externally, Youngtex joins magnificent fashion shows organize by well known International establishments and organize fashion shows to promote fashion designs by fashion designers of Hong Kong. While at the same time, we introduce innovative and update technology and equipment into our production lines. In the short to medium term, we will ultimately renew all our equipment to facilitate us to penetrate into markets demanding for new products. An typical example is the synthesize of artificial materials with traditional denim fabrics and dye with special colour and effects. This has enable the denim to be widely applied in fashion designs like other artificial fabrics.
