R & D Engineering Limited was founded at Hong Kong in 1995.  Our organization is committed to providing top quality and professional L.V. electrical, telecommunication installation engineering services, electrical & mechanical installation, security system and external civil works that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
To maintain its competitive edge in a demanding market, our organization in particular, emphasizes quality.  We will continually improve our quality through the training of employees, development of techniques and building of long-term partnership with our customers.
R&S acquired ISO9002:1994 certification in January 1999.  R & S successfully upgraded the international Quality Management System to ISO9001:2000 in February 2002.
Our organization adopts the ISO9001:2000 International Quality System Standard as a basis for our quality system.  We aim to enhance customer satisfaction and to continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system.
R & S is a registered as an electrical contractor (Ref No 009038)and also a security company to perform security works (Type III) (License No 0452).  In 2000, we are certified as a Krone System Integrator for Krone PremisNet Multimedia Structured Cabling Solutions.  In 2003, we are authorized to design a RIT Patchview for the Enterprise System.  We are also appointed as the agent of Pixord Corporation and the distributor of Heart Enterprise Co Ltd.
