T H & Associates Ltd was established in January, 1998. Our main activities are cadastral, topographical and engineering survey in the whole territories. We have completed over 2,800 jobs in the past eight years ranging from subdivision survey to measurement of floor area. Majority of our jobs can be classified as follow:-
(a) subdivision of lots for development or sales and purchaser
(b) boundary redefinition of Old Schedule agricultural Lots, Old Schedule house lots, New Grant lots and urban lots;
(c) setting out and foundation checking of small houses;
(d) provision of engineering survey services in construction projects; layout design & engineering work;
(f) measurements of floor areas and prepare plans attached to "Deed of Mutual Covenant" and "Deed of Grant";
(g) measurements of columns, beams, floor areas and prepare cross-sections for building to be demolished or for record purpose; 
(h) preparation of expert report on the usage of land parcels; and 
(i) provision of expert services to Land Bailiff in land dispute cases.
Our clients include government departments such as Architectural Services Department, Lands Department, Legal Aid Department, estate surveyors, building surveyors, engineers, solicitors, property developers and landowners.
We have two Authorized Land Surveyors (ALS), a staff of well-trained survey officers and cartographic officers who have extensive experience in handling different projects of varying scale and complexity. Since a majority of the staff have service record in the government, we are able to provide our clients with fesasible solutions that can meet the requirements of different government departments.
