Lank Bank of Taiwan Co Ltd is a 100% state-owned and state-run bank with an organizational system that contains the Board of Directors, the Panel of Supervisors, the head office and branches.  To strengthen the Bank's supervisory system, a General Auditor system was set up in 1998, where the Auditing Office was made directly subordinate to the Board of Directors so that it can handle auditing matters in an independent and impartial spirit.  The Lank Bank of Taiwan 's managerial structure consists of the head office with 23 units, 148 domestic branches (excluding OBU), and 6 overseas branches and offices containing Los Angeles Branch, Singapore Branch, Hong Kong Branch, Shanghai Branch, New York Branch and Ho Chi Minh City Representative Office in Vietnam; in addition, the LBOT sets up 6 Regional Centers in the form of task force.
